iam new at the forum ,i decided to take my exam on september, but iam still not confident enough , my prep : start sept 2010
kaplan videos one time
kaplan lectures notes one time
kaplan q bank still doing it now score cumulative 55%
first aid not realy primary source for me

use qbanks as ur tutorial or learning tools. Dont assess urself with the score provided. It does nto give you a correct estimation.
Just keep doing as many qns as possible to get an idea of the concept...and dont get bogged down by the score on these test banks.

I dont know...
For my preparation, I am using all qns that includes NBMe as a learning tool. I dont want to assess my self before the exam , and get overconfident / or dek=jected of the results are too great or not too great respectively. But that s me ...each person is unique, what works for me may not work for you.
So look at yoru comfort level and go ahead. Dont drag this too long, its not worth it ...

thanks dr, i will concentrate on my weak subjects (pharma,behavioral,micro) then i am gonna give nbme another shot
