JOB DESCRIPTION: Location: Vienna, VA
Transcribing SOAP notes during Initial Visit and Follow-ups between Patients and Physician. Type accurately at 30-40 wpm or more Preparing orders per physician, supplement orders, preparing prescriptions to be signed by physician, transferring lab orders to the order sheet. Contacting Patients, Insurance companies, Labs and Pharmacies, etc. Applicant must be professional, organized, and work well with other staff members. Good Communication Skills are necessary. You will be the facilitator between the Patient, the Physician, the Front Desk and the Technical Staff.
Days and Hours: 3-4 days per week: (Monday – Thursday or occasional Tuesday - Friday)
Flexibility a must! Must be On Time! Excellent checkable references. Security Clearance Will Be Required! (Able to legally work in the US). We do not sponsor visas.
Office Hours: Monday Tuesday and Thursday: 10:-5:30 PM, Wednesday: 11:00-7:00 PM, (HOURS OFTEN RUN LATER)
