the hard part about CDC or NIH that I'm seeing are that the jobs seem to require a number of quality references that can vouch for you...so if you didn't have good enough creds for residency, likely it could translate for many folks that the references could be lacking too..that for me is why applying there is quite difficult.

i am sorry,i will not be able to disclose program name,
only thing i can tell you is that program is not IMG friendly and combined airforce and civilian program
