Do I need to send a letter/email or call programs to let them know my step3 result? I've already updated my status on ERAS. But I don't know when P.Cs download and review my application. Thanks for your inputs.

call one of them and ask if they have it. If one program has it then probably the others do. You can also call your prefered programs

if u had authorised ur MLE transcript release from ECFMG and u enabled the autoupdate, ERAS will send a new status report to all programs-the ones which u already applied and the ones which u will apply
