Yes, correct answer is EE.
The whole point here guys is that, when you investigate the cause of polycythemia, you have to go by the RED CELL MASS. This lady has more than one cause of hypoxia, but the red cell mass is NORMAL…last piece of information on the question. Her polycythemia is relative because of use of diuretics for treatment of CHF.
