I seem to have trouble with behav qs, which say "what would be the best thing to say". any suggestions?

the thing is that I did read that book and did find it very helpful. The only problem for me seems to be the Qs on patient-doctor relationship (maybe it is partially due cultural differences). I guess I need to do more qs. Thanks.
