when v waive our right to c the lor, should Dr need to stamp or seal the envelop or something like that? when he/she send it to the ERAS.
plz clear my doubts.

It is prefered but not necessary. It should be sent by him/her.

you may mention the writer address as sender, but make sure to send it from a nearby mail service office.
