i graduated 3 yrs back...have no us clinical experience but i have lors from my home coountry can i use them?i took them from my prof on letter head 3 yrs back does it going to make any diff?can i send those lors directly or these need to be send them only from my medical school.

Yes you can use them. It will be ok. you can send them directly with dsf and other documents.
