I have a question. If you didnt get a reply to your thank you letter, does it mean that they are not interested in you and they will not rank you high....

Infact sometimes they don't read it at all. Depends on the receipient. Some people read it , others don't, very very few reply.

So, if you didnt send it is at a drawback or disadvantage from you rside. I mean, Iserson says it is a must, may be a must for AMGs...!
