ok basically they both have the same efficacy for CHADS score of 1 as in this patient.
and if it comes down to choosing aspirin or warfarin, of course it is aspirin (if no allergy), because the patient doesn't have to go to coumadin clinic every 2 weeks have his/her PT checked. Warfarin is the answer, but I had to dig it out
