Personal statement..how long is it - ia

Hi friends,
I had a query about typing PS. In Word document one can 'justify' the script so that it looks good. But once I copy it to note pad (txt.) the justification is lost and it looks really unprofessional. Any ideas as to resolve this problem?

Gys please answer my question. when we copy ps from word in eras doesnt it get adjusted (font and size ) according to standard they require. Do we leave gap between paragraphs coz that taking extra lines.
