today or tomorrow .. atleast b4 1st sept .. and it will get automatically released whenever u apply ..
rgt nw u just have to tick YES, YES to the 2 questions given there under USMLE transcripts ... no program receives it anyways b4 1st sept

I think we have to do it atleast 2 days before coz it takes sometime to be available to programme. Is it true. we just have to choose yes for options and it released. right. do we pay any fees or anything or choose the option

it only releases when u apply ... it takes couple of hrs to be transmitted ...
