Family Medicine vs. Internal Medicine? - cattail

Hi there,

I am apply for both Family and Internal. From everything I've read, Family Med doesn't have any fellowships. Internal offers more opportunities to move into specialties.

Are there other major differences between Internal and Family? Pay? Ease to find a job?
