tetanus toxin: According to kaplan n uw it works with active immunity but FA mentions it as passive immunity. Which is more appropriate?

if its tetanus toxoid then its definately active.....the pssive immunity for tetanus is given by tetanus immunoglobulin.....

Thanks roadtoreidency. I was wondering if you could explain the role of retroviral gene therapy in treatment of adenosine deaminase deficiency( as cause of SCID) ?
