if pt has breast CA and treated with tamoxifen then after the treatment pt experience severe hot flush what is the next step?

hot flashes result from decrease of estrogen and increased gonadotropin concentrations and also psych stress will induce hot flashes.

MISSKATHY----SSRI AND SNRI---These inhibit the activity of CYP2D6 and reduce tamoxifen-related hot flashes
