1) In case of a cancer of anytype.....say NHL requiring chemotherapy, do we need to write the exact chemo protocol............I mean the names of the actual drugs.......like thalidomide etc for MM or adriamycin etc...????
2) A surgical patient, acute abdomen......has been stabilized.......due for lap on next afternoon (crazy software!!!!!), do we just advance clock to the theater time? Many people are advising that here, but isn't it at least common courtesy to see the patient at regular intervals even if we are not doing anything immediately?? Or just no need to be polite with the software???? ;-)
