What is the next step after endometrial sampling with result of polyp with atypical cells: D&C, hysteroscopy, hysterectomy( if menopause) ???

I asked because I had a kaplan q ( 75 years woman, COPD) and the answer was: hysteroscopy with vizualization of polyp and removal ( COPD in these case contraindic of surgery). Thanks for answer!
