Hi guys, we did our best and now programs are showing interest in us. Now Interviews are the deciding factors of how our lives would be in next few years.

We really need to prepare it well. I have started to realize tht the person I knw least about is myself ! .
We all know what are the general questions we wud be asked. BUT HOW TO ANSWER THEM RIGHT !!!.
Lets discuss here. Please share your inputs, experiences any recommended sites, books etc. Lets all help each other.
