When is the time to call it quits? - docdee

As I hopelessly wait for iv's....I am just wondering if there's a date beyond which one should stop hoping for ivs altogether.
I mean its mid-october, if there are some other people like me with no ivs, do we have any chances to receive any ivs or the programs have finished sending out invites?
Please people, I know I don't stand a lot of chance with an attempt on CS, so you can be brutally honest for me and others like me!

Don't loose hope, some programs keep offering iv till November. You still have chance.

If you have attempt, try to get some usce while waiting iv to strengthen your cv, find some contact from program, I know it's easy to say.
