Hi guys,

I gave four interviews and felt that they really liked me at three of them.After the interviews, I sent Thank you letters to all the interviewers,but havent herad anything from them.What does this mean?Does the silence mean they are not interested in me or is it not customary for people to reply to Thank you letters.

Please advise.Ireally appreciate your input.
