as requested here are the responsibilities per the info i obtained:
- observing physician in action
- helping in filing of patient records (but not peeking at them - hipaa violation)
- maintaining cleanliness of patient & staff restrooms ********

Honestly!!! No body needs any observership ??? Wow! I hate to let this position go for AMGs.

@ desilgalnyc @ doc2099 and @satyayit --this position is suitable for only those who feel that they are not going to match this year but need some USCE to improve the chance for next year and suitable for those in dallas area only. Satyayit I do not think you should apply for this position with such negative attitude.
