i know there is a lot talked about blue prints and CMDT but is first aid for obs and gynac and for psychiatry as well for internal medicine also good choice?

Hi, i scored 95+ in 1 but am least confi abt step2.hav only 1 mon..not read even once well...anyway each has his own way of reading..I need Ur specific advice:
I have ques buks-MOCK, NMS, Q book, Insiders guide
In what order of priority shd i solve and if Q bank is worth the 149 $ ? also let me know if any cheaper version of Q bank availbable
