kid trips and get run over with bikes of friends,cannot flex 3rd DIP only,what is damaged ?

FLEXOR DIGITORUM PROFUNDUS-Flexes distal phalanges at distal interphalangeal joints of medial four digits; assists with flexion of hand
Innervation Medial part: ulnar nerve (C8 and T1)
Lateral part: anterior interosseous branch of median nerve (C8 and T1)

can it be upper limb and supplied by ulnar nerve and anterior interosseus branch of median nerve?
