As I previously stated in PG program never believe feed backs and false hopes from PD. They are just vain.
Any ways, the email states (BTW it was to email response), I am a strong applicant and the PG is interested on you...bla bla...
On the second email, unfortunately enough, we didn't offer you a PM and however we do plan to ....bla bla
Man these email messages are not worthy trust, never give them unnecessary attention
