I sent thanks letter to the pd and his answer was :
Your interest in our program is appreciated and will be considered during our final ranking selection
Is it mean they think rank me high or is a general answer? any help will be appreciated.

its general platitude...commonly used by PDs to make you rank the program..no guarantees of them even ranking you..so my friend go by your intuition..
