Do we need to recertify our status before postmatch? Or anything we should do?

Sadly you are too late for scramble as it finished in 2011
This year it is called SOAP and it starts on march 12. Details on NRMP website

On the website, it mentioned our status needs to be recertified. But it did not say how to recertify. Does R3 automatically recertifiy our status before SOAP? Anything else we need to do since it is new thing.
