Is it ok if I call residency program coordinator..to know about my status in Rank order list...as I sent thank you emails to program but did not recieve any replies...anxiety increasing alot....

Please don't do that. That's a match violation. Progs and applicants can volunteer ranking info but should not ask for it.

yes is possible that nrmp violation and result is candidate taken out of program ROL.
all is very clear on nrmp web
