Patient has GERD since birth and chronic wheeze is because of aspiration of the undigested food.

TX: 1. thickened formula + hold baby in upright position for 30 minutes
2. Ranitidin
3. Omeprazol

This baby has severe GERD, so if thickening formula and changing feeding techiques don't work, give RANITIDIN, and if RANITIDIN doesn't work give OMEPRAZOL!!!
