D is the correct answer

Both the basal ganglia and cerebellum exert their influence on the spinal cord through the corticospinal tract. Connections through VL of the thalamus to premotor, supplementary motor and precentral gyrus are important modifiers of corticospinal tract activity
….
A.The two principal sources to the red nucleus are the cerebral cortex and deep cerebellar nuclei, not the basal ganglia.

B.The vestibulospinal tract takes its origin in the vestibular nuclei. Input to the vestibular nuclei come from the nerve, cerebellum and reticular formation.

C.The reticulospinal tracts take their origin in the medullary and pontine reticular formation nuclei. While these nuclei may receive input from the pallidum its not a discrete pathway, nor are the connections well understood.
