depending on the severity. If mild go with oral drugs like Dicloxacillin or 1st G CS.
If pen allergy...adjust meds. If MRSA...clinda, or TMX/SMX
If sever...IV antistaph, if MRSA go with stronger drugs like Vanco or linezolid
