37 male is forgetting stuff. father had problem @ 52, grandfather, dead, also had problem @ 62.
I was thinking huntington's d/t anticipation but was not 100%

are there any other Sx...like choreiform movemements? behavioral problems? depression?
the history you give shows anticipation, so most likely Huntington, especially if there r other suggestive Sx.

that was the tricky part of the question. all it gave me was that he would forget where his car would be and that he would forget where he was going when he was driving. no mention of chorea. dont remember what the other answers choices where, just that huntingon was one of them

why not. Alzheimers? or just normal dementia , aging.

User_10 ..the pt would not fit into the age group for neither Alzheimer's or age related dementia.
Based on what's given...his age and positive FH...the answer must be HUntingotn, because again based on age and the absence of other features, he does not fit into another diagnosis of dementia, unless there is mention of him with AIDS or him being immune compromised.
Can you please tell me the source of this q?
