A total of 400 people became ill,80 of these ate tomatos and 40 ate lettuce.Which of the following indicates probability of diarrhoea having developed in pupil who consume lettuce.

it says 80 ate tomatos and 40 ate lettuce.Rest 280 ate what who became ill.????
