2) Antitoxin cuz suffered Botulinstoxins ...not Riluzole is given in ALS they didnt mention IVIG
3) Child abuse ...She was on Marijuana child either have withdrawal sx...like increased tremors and crying resolve in fe days...or born premature like this child and LBWt babies are more prone to child abuse.
