the IM categorical unfilled program list is not participating in soap....then HOW R WE SUPPOSED TO APPLY IN THESE PROGRAMS...i calld eras and they say u cannot apply if the program is not particiating in soap ...i m going nuts ...i mean then why is the list there and how do i apply then???
