i dont think there is much differenceollowing the old notes 2000 ones .many of my friends who read these old notes got in 90s.

i think the difference is in the layout, new ones are organized better but information didn't change much

Is it advised to take the Kaplan Course again , I last took in 2003 so that we will get the new material or just read the old notes which i think says 2001.

friends please help i am trying to think if i should join again and i am very confused.

If u want to join, just for notes.. i would say NO.

U can study with ur old notes itself.. its not much changed

Its mostly for the notes and also to view the videos especially if there is a change. SO IN OTHER WORDS IS THERE ANY DIFFERECE IN THE OLD MATERIAL AND NEW IN RELATION TO Lecture notes and Video Lectures.
