Something hot nowadays is biomedical/health informatics. Some universities even offer scholarships for masters and postgraduate certificate programs and also sponsor paid fellowships that only require an MD degree. I never took any courses myself but had I not matched, I was ready to do sth. It not only improves your cv but also enables you to get a good job.

Stacey congratulations. Your story gives us hope. I really admired the way you walked into their offices requesting observerships. I tried it here and the dr wasn't so happy to see me. needless to say, i never tried to barge into anyone's office again for fear of rejection.. I call and they say they will call back but they never do. I need to find other ways to be proactive.

My scores were 79,80,cs pass all first attempts.
1 month of observership in IM.
4 IM IVs and 1 FM IV.
GC.
YOG 2007.
Matched into a very decent IM program.
I CANT THANK GOD Enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
