what is official medical school transcript?? is it the graduation statement? or what?

it is the paper that contain all your grades year by year, this paper you can get it from your registrar after graduation.

When it says "official" it means that it must be in a closed envelope that is stamped by school seal. If it is opened it is considered "unofficial" and cannot be used (for PTAL)
