Free radical Injury
1. Fatty change seen in CCl4. Why? Cellular swelling! Cellular swelling reduces protein synthesis which reduces apolipoproteins which leads to FATTY CHANGE.
LOL saw that on first aid in the pathology section but didn't think it that way.
