A study is Conducted to the Oxygen-binding properties of Hemoglobin in experimental animals. the Hydrogen ion concentration is increased in blood. results show that the Oxygen Binding Curve is shift to right, This effect will most likely result is which of the following process

A- Binding of CO2 in tissue capillaries
B- Binding of O2 in lungs
C- decrease in 2-3 BPG concentration
D- Increase in 2-3 BPG concentration
E- Release of CO2 in lungs

In crease in H ion means you will be in ACIDIC state. Therefore you will have a RIGHT shift in oxy-hemoglobin curve.
Now anything that shifts to the right you want to UNLOAD O2 more.
