i just took uworld self assessment and i got assessment score 450 and 3 digit score 280 what that means please ? thanks

I scored 213 in uw sa one week before the exam, but unfortunately I failed with 2 marks,CCS above avarage.
so be careful guys..dont ake step3 easy..and UWSA is not at all a good predictor
