There are about 35 Q's on Bio-stats in U.World, if you are thorough with those Q's you can can answer about 60 to 70% of Bio-stats in the main exam.
This is what I felt from my experience.

all jokes aside, if you really get biostats.. then do it.. why let a point here and there slip away?

i know kap too carries biostat Qs.. try them all and then pray you get manageable ones for the test.
