intws are going well, but the january season is just starting for me. I have a bunch of intws the next few weeks and i am confident of my chances to match into surgery (preliminary probably) and just to be sure i have about 5 IM appointments..
and about helping...i didn't do that much...it sucks thou that programs dont say on their websites their application criteria. i had to make at least 100 phone calls last year to select 40 programs to apply to and it sucks
