10 year risk is 10 to 20 % : we initiate therapy at >130
if the 10 year risk is 160

Now in order to calculate the risk , you must return to the Framingham/ATP III point scores in men, in which i calculated it and falls into the group of more than 10%.
But even if dont have the table , this guy based on the risk factors i will take a wild guess he is from the high risk group !!!

So answer is for sure E

@magiafreeze:-- prefect ...thats what exactly i was looking for it. :-)).. My question is we need to remember fremingham table or we have to guess like this....as table is very difficult to remeber!!!
