I belong to charlotte too.. You r right about CMC. but there is just 1-2 non-white residents there since last five years and those two are also AMG.. I have gone through the same experience as yours at CMC. they require USCE or externship as their requirements but dont provide so to the candidate willing to do. but I am sure about ECU, winston salem and wilmington; all are FMG friendly....

this is what I think,
If you really want to have progressive thinking and grow personally, you have to work with whites. They are where they are because of their thinking and approach to life. You may call me a radical, but when you work, IMG"s will be more likely to pull your leg then help you than whites. Again...we may differ in views.
