step graduates..advise needed - gowest

Hi,
all those who hv braved the Step...i wud like to know from you what to expect at the centre on test day. With special focus from the time when centre personnel will hook me up with the test site.
What wud i see first on the monitor? Wht pages will i hv to navigate thru to get to the 1st Q? What wud the Qs page simulate most closely(kaplan or NBME or..)? Wht are the steps everytime i wanna take a break(signing, orange permit)?
plz kindly go thru ur procedure as u rmber it.
