I was offered a prematch and signed the contract in December and received the contract as well. I never spoke to the Program Director (I got interviewed by the
Asst PD). I don't have their direct email id or phone#s. All the communications have to go through the Program Coordinator. My question is, should I contact the PD or some one else before I start my residency? What is the process?
