Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone had some tips about their interview there and also about the accomodation. I fly out to O'hare and was thinking of renting a car. Any experiences?

There is a Metra (commuter train) stop right by the hospital. There is also an L (subway) train stop at Ohare. I'm not suggesting don't rent a car, just letting you know there are options you may not be aware of.

For more about Metra, you can check metrarail.com. If memory serves, it is the Berwyn stop on the BNSF line.
For more about the L, check out transitchicago.com. The blue line goes to Ohare. There is also a blue line stop called Clinton which is 2 blocks from union station where you would go to get the Metra train.

So those are probably your best public transit options. Like I said, just sharing info. Not advocating for one vs the other.
