If anyone has to rank multiple specialties in the ROL, is this going to affect the chance of match ?

For example, a person give this ROL

Neuro
IM
IM
Path
IM
Path
Path

Will this decrease the match chance ?

Why would it " decrease the match chance"??
The way you make your ROL does not affect you matching chances. Rather it affects where you will go to based on your preferences. You matching chances are determined by where programs rank you on their list.

This will only affect the Data report of NRMP not your chances.

Your ROL will be ir-respective of your speciality choices eg
If you like Programme A in IM as #1
Programme B in Path #2
Programme C in Neuro # 3
Programme D in IM # 4
