Sacred Heart Withdrawn - kidman

Hey guys, can someone tell me what withdrawn means on the nrmp website? Sacred Heart has this status now. Does it mean they filled all their positions with prematch?

yes it means this, or they are out of match.

did they offer visa this year

Programs are either all in or all out. So if Sacred Heart is offerring pre match, it is completely out of the match which would explain its status as withdrawn. Only way I can think of to find out if any spots are left is to contact the program.

Do you think they are sending out prematches now or that if they have already done so? Im not sure what it means because their quota still shows they have 6 positions.
I'm not sure if they are giving out visas. All their residents seem to be US citizens/perm residents.
