@qwerty and windingriver - how was the observership at einstein? how much does it cost and do they provide housing?

It doesn't cost anything. They do not provide housing. It is two weeks long and the experience was good.

@hope2014 dont lose faith. just work hard this year and improve your cv as much as possible. you have 6 months before next seasons applications are due so work hard.

Thank you for inputs friends! I don't know, they say it is almost impossible for old IMGs to get residency and I graduated 20 years ago. I worked hard to pass usmle 1,2 and cs from first attempts. My career as a physician is passion and I love helping and taking care of patients. I don't know what to do ...
